Our scope is to cover ham radio (amateur radio service), GMRS, FRS, MURS, CB, LMR and any other radio communication topics. We will likely cover many things related to emergency radio communication as well. Located in East Tennessee, from Western North Carolina. We have seen firsthand the utility of amateur radio to save lives in the wake of Hurricane Helene. As that effort is ongoing we will devote some attention to the work that is happening in the mountains of Western North Carolina and East Tennessee. Also, we are looking to "raise the bar" for the next emergency so that we will all be more prepared. We still provide material for morse code practice. You will find morse sample files here. All text sources used to generate the code practice come from publicly available sources without copyright restrictions. Feel free to use these to brush up, or learn morse. Drop us a line with requests for specific texts. KI4TQN
